Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Lead, Information Security Library & Standards to build a scalable governance foundation across the enterprise. You will own the control library, map standards to frameworks, and drive audit-ready processes with risk and compliance partners.

Based in our Newark, NJ office with a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate with IAM, data protection, vulnerability management, and security operations teams to translate complex requirements into practical guidance and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, information security, risk management or related field.
• Experience building governance, control frameworks, compliance programs, or risk initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, FFIEC, NYDFS, SOC or related standards.
• Experience with governance processes, ownership models, and control documentation.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of Prudential's Information Security control library.
• Coordinate lifecycle management of information security standards and governance processes.
• Partner with security, risk, compliance, technology, legal, and audit teams to translate requirements into guidance.
• Build trusted partnerships to drive alignment and adoption of governance standards across the enterprise.
