Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience supporting information security governance, policy management, compliance programs, or technology risk initiatives.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, FFIEC, NYDFS, SOC, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder engagement across security, technology, product, business, risk, compliance, and audit teams to translate requirements into actionable expectations.
• Lead change management and adoption strategies, creating communications, FAQs, and readiness materials to boost policy adoption.
• Develop reusable toolkits and playbooks to enable consistent policy implementation for diverse audiences.
