Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Information Security professional in a hybrid Arizona setting to lead IAM onboarding initiatives, assess risks, and advise on policy compliance. You will mentor staff, coordinate with vendors, and drive complex security projects across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Information Security Analysis or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project or product management, implementation, or strategic planning.
• 2+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with application onboarding/integration.
• Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos.
• Knowledge of access control models: RBAC, ABAC, PBAC.
• Ability to design onboarding workflows for new applications.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis or design.
• 2+ years of change management experience.

• Direct information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
• Influence stakeholders on new or materially changed assets to influence control decisions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on application onboarding, integration and adoption across enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms
• Knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos
• Knowledge of access control models including RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC
• Ability to design and implement secure onboarding processes and workflows for new applications
