Job summary

Qualifications

• CDA credential or Associate’s Degree in child development or related field.
• One year of experience working with children birth to three.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and working with infants and toddlers.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and alignment with the agency’s mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of a safe, organized, developmentally appropriate classroom environment for infants and toddlers.
• Plan and implement developmentally aligned activities and curriculum.
• Build strong relationships with children and families; participate in conferences and home visits.
• Provide guidance and indirect supervision to classroom staff while maintaining routines, safety, and sanitation.
• Complete required reports and documentation; collaborate with teams to support daily operations.
