Job summary

The Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher at ChildCareGroup leads a safe, organized classroom for infants and toddlers, guiding instructional practices and ensuring high-quality programming aligned with Head Start Performance Standards, NAEYC criteria, and licensing regulations.

You will support staff development, foster strong partnerships with families, and help shape a positive classroom culture while maintaining routines and documenting child progress.

Qualifications

• Infant/toddler CDA credential or AA in child development or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children birth to three.
• Reliable, punctual and able to align with the agency mission.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and RC3 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, organized classroom for infants and toddlers with developmentally appropriate centers.
• Plan and implement RC3-based activities, curriculum, and child assessments.
• Build strong relationships with children and families; participate in conferences and home visits.
• Provide guidance and oversee staff to ensure routines, safety, and sanitation.
• Complete reports and documentation while collaborating with teams.
