Learning Care Group in Malibu Junction is seeking an enthusiastic Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will care for children while following licensing guidelines and ensuring a safe and interactive learning environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of experience in early childhood settings, relevant educational qualifications, and a passion for nurturing children's development. We offer competitive compensation starting at $20.61 to $21.41, along with extensive benefits to support your career growth.

Formación

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background checks and training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Follow licensing guidelines for daily child care.
• Engage in communication with families regarding children’s progress.
• Implement a proprietary curriculum with interactive learning.

Conocimientos

Experience leading an early childhood classroom
