Job summary

Celebree School™ in Leander, TX is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, engaging environment. You will weave Celebree's vision, mission, and values into daily interactions with infants and toddlers, providing developmentally appropriate experiences that are both nurturing and meaningful.

You will guide teammates and help onboard classroom aides into early childhood education, while maintaining safety, compliance, and clear communication with families.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
