Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher in Martinez, CA. You will lead an early childhood classroom, following licensing guidelines while delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities based on our curriculum. This role emphasizes observation, planning, and effective family communication.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
