STEM Child Care in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a passionate Lead Infant Teacher to shape early development within a STEM-focused setting. You will nurture curiosity and care, building a supportive classroom for infants and toddlers.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Minimum ECE credits required per Colorado licensing standards.
• Prior infant/toddler classroom experience preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Pass background check per Colorado licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, STEM-inspired curriculum for infants.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment supporting developmental milestones.
• Observe and document each child's growth, behavior, and progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding daily activities and development.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with educators and leadership to continuously improve classroom practices.
