STEM Child Care in Castle Rock, CO is looking for passionate and dedicated Lead Teachers and Support Staff to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners in a fun, innovative, and nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education or childcare.
• Genuine passion for working with children and fostering early learning.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass a background check per Colorado regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ECE coursework or degree a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement engaging STEM-based curriculum and daily lesson plans.
• Create a safe, supportive classroom environment for children.
• Supervise children during daily activities, meals and transitions.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians on child progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive team atmosphere.
• Observe and document child development milestones and behaviors.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety protocols.
