Qualifications

• Lead Teacher with strong classroom management and organization.
• Ability to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Strong communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement curriculum aligned with early learning standards.
• Lead daily routines and manage classroom activities.
• Maintain safe, clean and engaging learning spaces.
• Model positive guidance and communication with children.
• Complete child assessments and participate in parent conferences.
• Communicate regularly with families through daily updates.
• Lead and support teaching staff, aides, and volunteers.
• Ensure licensing and Early Achievers standards compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
