Job summary

Qualifications

• 45 college hours in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• CDA credential with related lead experience preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered; education plan may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for toddlers.
• Lead daily routines and supervise assistants to maintain safety and learning.
• Model positive guidance and effective communication with children and families.
• Document progress and participate in conferences with parents.
• Ensure licensing compliance and document accurate records.
