Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy, part of Spring Education Group, is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to guide our infant program from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where babies can grow, while maintaining strong family communication and team collaboration. The position requires a 19+ year-old with licensing eligibility, CDI/AA/BA in ECE or credits, and a nurturing, patient demeanor.

U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Must have CDA, or AA degree/Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or at least 60 credits with 6 credits in Early Childhood/Child Development.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.
