Job summary

Spring Education Group, Chesterbrook Academy in Richmond, VA, seeks an Infant Teacher to provide a warm, responsive classroom for infants, supporting each child’s development and partnering with families through daily updates.

You will work with a caring team to maintain routine care, meet licensing standards, and contribute to a safe, nurturing learning environment that fosters curiosity and early skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
