Primrose School of Minnetonka is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Infant Teacher to nurture the youngest learners and support families with trusted, developmentally appropriate care.

You'll use our Balanced Learning curriculum and a digital platform to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities, while collaborating with an on-site leadership team to foster growth, safety, and joy in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred.
• Meet all Lead Teacher requirements through MN Rule 3.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for infants
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Ensure a safe and clean learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
