The Primrose School at Naperville Crossings is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to nurture and educate our youngest learners in a safe, joyful environment. You’ll partner with families and implement developmentally appropriate activities using our digital learning platform.

Qualifications

Must be Lead Teacher qualified in Illinois (or willing to complete CDA within six months).
Strong communication skills.
Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred.

Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for infants.
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you.
Ensure a safe and clean learning space.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
