Job summary

The Primrose School at Naperville Crossings is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to nurture and educate our youngest learners in a safe, joyful environment. You’ll partner with families and implement developmentally appropriate activities using our digital learning platform.

Join our on-site leadership team for growth, receive competitive pay and benefits, and enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) with training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be Lead Teacher qualified in Illinois (or willing to complete CDA within six months).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred.

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you.
