Celebree Schools is seeking a Classroom Leader to plan and direct operations of an assigned classroom, ensuring the Celebree mission and values are upheld and that children have developmentally appropriate learning environments.

The role requires strong classroom management, communication, and knowledge of childcare licensing; the candidate will supervise a classroom aide and support team members in achieving program goals. This is a full-time, on-site position in a Texas location.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children.
• Knowledge of Childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company standards.
• Provides a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Creates and implements lesson plans that are age appropriate and aligned with Celebree curriculum.
• Assists and supervises children during activities and uses positive discipline.
