The Goddard School of Eagan, MN is seeking a passionate Lead Infant Teacher to provide a nurturing, developmentally appropriate curriculum using our Wonder of Learning program. Lead daily activities, inspire young minds and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in licensed childcare or preschool setting.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in relation to children.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with families about child progress and activities.
• Uphold health and safety standards and licensing regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe and document children's learning to inform activities.
• Support Assistant and Resource Teachers and promote teamwork.
• Model positive guidance for social-emotional growth.
