Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ECE degree or CDA preferred.
• At least 2 years of Lead Infant Teacher experience in licensed settings.
• Ability to build relationships with children, families and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum and Instruction: implement age-appropriate lessons with Wonder of Learning.
• Classroom Management: maintain a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment.
• Family Communication: keep families informed about child progress.
• Health and Safety: supervise activities respecting licensing standards.
• Professional Development: participate in ongoing training to grow skills.
• Assessment and Documentation: observe and record child development for families.
• Team Collaboration: support assistants and colleagues to foster teamwork.
• Behavior Guidance: model positive guidance for social-emotional growth.
