• Implement weekly lesson plans across all areas of child development.
• Establish a professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
• Ensure safety and well-being; maintain an organized, clean classroom.
• Maintain child assessments and portfolios; conduct biannual conferences.
• Physically able to work around young children; lift up to 40 lbs.
