Beacon Hill Schools is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team at our Athens, Watkinsville, and Bogart locations. You will nurture young minds, foster a love for learning, and support growth in a safe, engaging preschool environment.

This role requires strong communication with families and a player-coach attitude. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with opportunities to develop lesson plans, implement developmentally appropriate activities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate's/TCD/TCC or CDA in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, social skills, and physical development.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote positive interactions among students.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
• Foster a love for learning through creative play, hands-on activities, and structured lessons.
