Job summary

Rainbow’s End Learning Center in Washington, PA is seeking a Group Supervisor to guide a classroom of children ages 6 weeks to school age in a safe, nurturing, and playful setting. You’ll lead daily routines, plan activities, and support staff to help kids grow and learn.

The role requires a CDA credential (we can help enroll), a high school diploma, 2500 hours of verified child care experience, and two letters of recommendation. Clearances and health requirements are part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDA credential required; assistance offered to enroll if not yet possessed.
• 2500 hours of verified child care experience and 2 letters of written recommendation required.
• Clearances listed (Pennsylvania State Police, DHS, FBI, PA Child Abuse, National Sex Offender Registry) prior to start.
• Health assessment and TB test required before first day; new health assessment every two years.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily routines, develop creative lesson plans, and support children and staff to thrive.
• Float between classrooms to maintain ratios and keep smiles big.
