You will collaborate with the team to deliver developmentally appropriate activities, document milestones, and participate in ongoing professional development to improve infant care practices.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with infants in daycare or similar setting.
• Knowledge of infant development and attachment theory.
• Strong communication with infants and parents.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants.
• Provide responsive and loving care, including feeding, diapering, and naps.
• Create a warm, secure environment to foster trust and attachment.
• Communicate with parents daily about child activities and wellbeing.
• Maintain safe and hygienic classroom following health guidelines.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a nurturing environment.
• Document developmental milestones and assessments.
• Support families during the transition from home to daycare.
• Attend professional development opportunities.

Skills

Associate's Degree in ECE
