Qualifikationen

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, daycare, or early learning program
• Meets North Carolina Lead Teacher qualifications
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a valid NC Qualifying Letter
• Must meet all NC childcare licensing requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in care of children

• Support infants' physical, social-emotional, language, cognitive, and sensory development
• Implement the Wonder of Learning curriculum
• Observe and document developmental milestones and daily activities

• Collaborate with teaching partners and school leadership
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements
