Job summary

Learning Care seeks a Lead Teacher to inspire preschool children and mentor fellow teachers. You will lead engaging lessons, promote social, physical, and intellectual growth, and ensure curriculum implementation in line with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families to support each child’s achievement and contribute to your center’s success in a supportive, positive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing guideline compliance.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
