What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher for our 2 1/2 year old room. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to fostering curiosity, creativity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.

Monitor and document children’s progress and developmental milestones.

Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child’s growth.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.

Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Adhere to state licensing requirements and maintain compliance with QA standards.

Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).

Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (preferred).

1-2 years of experience in an early childhood classroom (preferred).

Completion of state-required training.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, parents, and staff.

Ability to calmly address and resolve challenges while multitasking effectively.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety and emergencies.
