Job summary

The Learning Experience in Heathrow seeks a Lead Infant Teacher who is caring, dependable, and experienced to join our team. You will create a safe, loving environment for infants, plan age-appropriate activities, and lead the classroom with a focus on developmental milestones.

Responsibilities include following feeding and nap routines, tracking milestones, communicating with families, and ensuring licensing and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous infant childcare experience; lead teacher experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infant development and safe sleep practices.
• Patient, nurturing personality with a love for babies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification and applicable Florida childcare credentials, or willingness to obtain as required.
