Job summary

The Learning Experience in Florida is hiring an Infant Lead Teacher to nurture and guide the youngest learners. You’ll create a safe environment, plan age-appropriate activities, and lead the classroom with warmth and professionalism.

We value teamwork, ongoing training, and growth opportunities. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for infants and guiding age-appropriate activities.
• Ability to lead a classroom and support fellow teachers.
• Strong communication and teamwork with families and staff.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• Florida childcare credentials or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous infant childcare experience; lead teacher experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infant development and safe sleep practices.
• A patient, nurturing personality and a genuine love for babies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification and applicable Florida childcare credentials, or willingness to obtain as required.
