In this role you will observe closely, foster independence and exploration, and partner with families while preparing an orderly, nurturing space. A strong commitment to child-led learning and development is essential.

Qualifications

• Pursue Montessori certification sponsorship or hold Montessori diploma.
• Experience with children aged 0–3 in a group care setting.
• Align with child-led educational philosophies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar).
• ECE or Child Development credits required.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Observe each child to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Respect each child's natural rhythms for sleep, meals, and toileting.
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly environment that supports movement.
