Job summary

PPS is hiring an experienced Lead Industrial Painter in Cleveland, Ohio. This role leads a 1–2 person team and performs spray coating of industrial components using HVLP and pressure pot systems, while ensuring coatings meet specifications and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial spray painting, experience with HVLP/pressure pots, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Aerospace or CARC coating experience is a plus and leadership potential is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial or automotive spray painting experience.
• HVLP and/or pressure pot spray gun experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Leadership experience or willingness to lead a small team.
• Military CARC or aerospace coatings experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply industrial and military protective coatings using HVLP and pressure pot spray systems.
• Lead a small team of 1–2 employees.
• Prepare, mask, spray, and inspect industrial components.
• Follow coating specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain spray equipment and ensure consistent, high-quality finishes.
