Job summary

CRM Blasting & Painting is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter/Blaster Foreman to supervise a crew in painting and blasting a variety of surfaces. You will read detailed drawings, mix paints for spraying, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

The role emphasizes teamwork and independent work with a focus on quality and efficiency. The position requires 3+ years in industrial coating (epoxies/urethane), a valid driver’s license, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in industrial coating using epoxies and urethanes with plural component equipment.
Basic industry math knowledge.
Ability to paint and epoxy with spray guns.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Follow safety regulations and company policies.
Use hand tools safely including drills and grinders.
Detail oriented and thorough in following procedures.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Supervise a crew painting and blasting surfaces safely and efficiently.
Communicate with supervisors and participate in production meetings.
Read, analyze, and interpret detailed drawings.
Mix paints to proper consistency and viscosity for spraying.
Wear appropriate safety equipment when handling hazardous vapors.
Use hand and blasting tools to prepare surfaces.
Apply epoxy coatings using brushes, rollers or spray equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and dispose of chemicals per policy.
