Job summary

WB Industries is seeking a Lead Industrial Painter to head a small team in our O’Fallon, Missouri facility. This hands-on leadership role combines painting duties with supervision, documentation, and inventory control to ensure products meet exact customer specifications.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in industrial painting, prior team leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with inventory and material management in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of industrial painting experience
• Previous leadership experience supervising teams of 1-5 employees
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Experience with inventory control and material management
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and technical documentation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus
• Experience in commercial, aerospace, or precision manufacturing environments is preferred

Responsibilities

Position Summary
