WB Industries is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator in O’Fallon, MO to support receiving, inventory, production, and shipping. Expect active involvement across the operation to keep jobs organized and moving forward.

You will handle unloading, measuring, staging, and inspecting materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with cycle counts and loading finished products for delivery. Competitive pay up to $23/hr and strong benefits are offered.

• Perform regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventories to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed when handling and transporting materials.
• Load finished products for delivery and ensure securement during shipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with unloading, receiving, measuring, and inspecting incoming materials.
• Stage and organize incoming material of all types appropriately and ensure all material is stored in such a manner as to prevent damage/loss.
• Assist with resolving problems/issues with incoming material by working with appropriate departments.
• Compiles and maintains material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas, according to predetermined production schedules and order priorities.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining products and inventory.
• Perform regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while handling and transporting materials.
• Load or assist with loading finished products to be delivered to vendors or customers onto trucks.
• Oversee adequacy of load securement by truck driver and adjust as necessary to ensure product is protected from damage during shipment.
