Job summary

WB Industries is actively seeking skilled MIG and TIG welders in O’Fallon, MO. The role involves reading blueprints, fitting and fabricating assemblies, and performing precise welding on steel workpieces.

You'll work on diverse projects for aerospace and manufacturing industries with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. The position offers up to $35 per hour, a 2/hr shift differential for 2nd shift, and comprehensive benefits. Overtime and Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Welding experience with Steel MIG and Flux Core.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Proficient use of tape measure for layout and inspection.
• Strong attendance and reliability required.
• Familiarity with fitting and fabricating welded assemblies.

WB Industries is seeking a MIG & TIG Welders in O'Fallon, MO to join their 1st or 2nd shift teams.

If you have welding and fitting experience (to include Steel MIG and Flux Core), read blueprints and a tape measure confidently, know your way around weldments, and maintain excellent attendance, you'll fit right in with this position.
