Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a full-time Maintenance Associate to perform industrial maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and lead maintenance technicians as needed.

Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing systems, managing safety programs, and keeping accurate records. A HS diploma or GED and own tools are required; candidates must follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Prior experience with boiler maintenance.
• Ability to lead maintenance technicians and communicate with all levels.
• Must provide own tools and wear proper PPE; safety training completed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment; support maintenance projects.
• Lead maintenance technicians and assign daily work orders.
• Maintain parts inventory and ensure safety compliance.
• Record work orders, time sheets, and requests.
