Job summary
NOVO Health Services is seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician Assistant to help troubleshoot, install, and maintain automated industrial equipment while performing building repairs. You will support a preventative maintenance program and ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance in a healthcare linen environment.

Qualifications
- Regular attendance is essential to perform job functions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to automated industrial equipment.
- Knowledge in installation and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Experience in building maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and schematics.
- Ability to install utility lines and perform related tasks (soldering, threading).
- Commitment to safety training and to maintaining a clean work area.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting Equipment: identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Installation and Maintenance: install new equipment and perform regular upkeep.
- Building Maintenance: repair and maintain building structures and systems.
- Preventative Maintenance: support a strong PM program to extend equipment life.
- Safety Compliance: assist with OSHA-related concerns and waste management.
- Work Order Management: complete and manage work orders timely.
- Repair and Fabrication: modify or fabricate parts as needed.
- Documentation: record work activities, time sheets, and requests.
