Job summary

Kohl’s Department Stores is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance for conveyors, sorters, forklifts, and building systems across our high-volume retail distribution operations. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and mentor junior technicians.
