Job summary

Kohl’s Department Stores is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance for conveyors, sorters, forklifts, and building systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC controlled equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and coordinate repairs with vendors.

You will mentor junior technicians, minimize downtime, and support safety and quality initiatives while partnering with operations teams in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a distribution/retail setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and PLC controlled equipment.
• Strong focus on preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance for conveyors, sorters, forklifts and building systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.
