Job summary

Kohl’s Department Stores in Ohio is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance for conveyors, sorters, forklifts, and building systems in our high-volume retail distribution operations. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate repairs with vendors, and mentor junior technicians.

This role partners with operations teams to minimize downtime and support safety and quality

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining high-volume retail distribution equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities
