Job summary

Hyde Park Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Industrial Fabrication Specialist to evaluate system specs, prepare schematics, and fabricate assemblies for hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and electronic installations.

The role requires five years in an industrial setting, welding (Stick/MIG/TIG), hydraulics, and leadership experience as a lead or foreman. You will layout panels, weld, train others, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and welding certifications where applicable.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret system specifications to generate cost estimates.
• Prepare schematics, BOMs, and drawings for installations; coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing.
• Fabricate assemblies from drawings and customer requirements; train others in fabrication.
• Layout control panels and weld structural components; maintain safety and quality.
• Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment; inspect and test completed work.
• Maintain positive teamwork and a safe work environment.
