Qualifications

• 5-7 years of estimating experience in industrial construction with demonstrated success on complex projects.
• Prior supervisory or lead estimator experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to prepare detailed estimates.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to prepare complete estimates.
• Develop and write proposal documents outlining project scope and pricing.
