Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision and technical assistance to technicians.
• Lead troubleshooting for electrical problems.
• Formulate goals and supervise personnel activities.
• Participate in selecting and training Electrical personnel.
• Research and recommend new operational methods and equipment.
• Ensure tools are repaired, calibrated, and documented.
• Maintain electrical equipment like compressors and power tools.
• Enforce safety procedures and educate employees.
• Identify electrical safety concerns and propose solutions.
• Review drawings for contract work and inspect compliance.
• Plan and oversee testing of electrical devices regularly.
• Develop and update maintenance instructions and schedules.
