Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Missouri to lead the safe maintenance, repair, and optimization of plant equipment.

You will drive preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM culture, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production goals at the Bismarck plant. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will guide a team through coaching, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading industrial maintenance teams.
• Experience with process safety and TPM culture.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work shift work as needed.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proven record of driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations during shift to ensure safety and productivity.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Manage maintenance program aligned with TPM practices.
• Conduct root cause analyses with team members.
• Document reports and metrics; ensure compliance.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate across levels.
