CCS Construction Staffing seeks an experienced Industrial Electrical Superintendent to lead a major industrial electrical project in Lexington, NC. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical construction experience, 5+ years as a superintendent, and a strong background in controls and automation to drive milestones from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years experience as an Electrical Superintendent.
• Strong industrial electrical construction background.
• MUST have experience with industrial controls and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for a large industrial electrical project.
• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews, subcontractors, and daily field activities.
• Plan work, manage schedules, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with project management, clients, and other trades.
• Oversee installation of industrial electrical systems, including controls and related equipment.
• Maintain a safe, productive, and quality-driven jobsite.
• Mentor field personnel and provide strong leadership throughout the project.
