Job summary

McShane Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction for multi-family projects. The role includes responsibilities such as contract administration, client relations, and management of project schedule, quality, cost, and safety. This position is primarily office-based with regular visits to local job sites.

Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in a related field and at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience constructing multi-family projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project professionals.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, landscaping, and architectural plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction for multi-family projects.
• Implement contract administration according to established systems and policies.
• Monitor project schedule and manage cost and quality controls.
