Sygnia, Inc. is seeking an experienced Incident Response Manager to lead high-impact investigations and threat-hunting engagements for clients worldwide. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with team management, client advisory, and crisis leadership in fast-paced environments.

You will oversee delivery of complex engagements, coordinate remote and onsite work as needed, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, translating risk into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading cybersecurity teams in either a military or industry setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to brief executives and boards.
