Job summary

Binance.US is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Litigation to lead and manage the firm's litigation portfolio across regulatory, consumer, and commercial disputes. You will coordinate multiple external law firms, develop case strategy, oversee budgets, and provide practical risk-based advice to senior stakeholders.

You will also mentor the Legal team and collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Product, Operations, Marketing and IT/security.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Significant litigation experience handling complex matters.
• Experience managing outside litigation counsel and coordinating multiple firms.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation, discovery, privilege, motions, and trials.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders with concise, practical recommendations.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, cryptocurrency, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of litigation, arbitration, pre-litigation disputes, and investigations across jurisdictions.
• Develop litigation strategy with leadership and direct external counsel.
• Coordinate strategy and execution across multiple law firms.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and performance of outside counsel.
• Provide practical risk-based legal advice to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop the Legal team and partner with Compliance, Finance, Product, and Operations.
