Job summary

WEB-TPA, Inc. seeks a capable implementation lead to oversee large group implementations and renewals, coordinating with Sales, Underwriting, and external partners. You will manage timelines, document progress, and drive process improvements to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to handle multiple duties concurrently. Hybrid work arrangement offered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• FL Health and Life Insurance License (2-15) upon hire.
• Experience with large group sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large group implementations and renewals.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners across functions.
• Develop implementation plans and timelines.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues during implementation.
• Communicate status and next steps to Senior Leadership.
