Our team is working with a well-established and growing MarTech / AI SaaS platform entering a new chapter of expansion. They are delivering innovative SaaS solutions to some of the most prominent enterprise technology brands worldwide. As a Lead Implementation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role with their professional services team in driving customer-facing implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

An ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise project and/or program management, stakeholder collaboration, and SaaS implementation strategies. This role requires a results-oriented professional with excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

This is a full time, permanent position on a 100% remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage enterprise SaaS implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and aligning project deliverables with expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive project execution.
• Track and analyze project performance, providing data-driven insights and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Establish and refine project management processes, templates, and best practices for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Manage risks and dependencies across projects, proactively identifying and mitigating challenges.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to support iterative development and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise project management or program management within a SaaS or professional services environment.
• Proven expertise in managing customer-facing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with stakeholder and change management practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as SmartSheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
• Experience in marketing automation implementations.
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and their integration within SaaS platforms.
